About the development

30 homes for general needs affordable rent are anticipated to be available from May 2025.

12 homes will be available to rent with Link Housing Association.

Funded in partnership by Link, the Scottish Government and Falkirk Council.

If you are interested in the properties to rent with Link Housing Association, please register with  Find a Home  and   Falkirk Council .

We will allocate properties from council lists and through choice-based lettings schemes (Find a Home).
