Please read the following information before you report your repair
What we will need to know when you report a repair
The more information you can give us about the work that needs done, the better.
Please tell us:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- The nature of the problem
- Whether it affects only your home, or common areas too
- When you can allow us access to inspect and carry out the repair
- Has your repair been reported before.
Out of hours emergencies
- If you are a Link Housing tenant or a Factoring customer please visit this webpage for our out-of-hours numbers.
- If you are a Private Sector Leasing Tenant call Saltire Gas Services on 0845 671 5500 (Gas / Heating failures) or Mitie on 0845 600 8624 (emergency repairs).
