Help to Buy

The Scottish Government's Help to Buy (Scotland) Affordable New Build Scheme is now closed and will not be reopening.


The LIFT Open Market Shared Equity Scheme and New Supply Shared Equity Schemes remain open, details of which are available here and on the Scottish Government website.


All Help to Buy applications approved so far for 2021-22 will be funded and any settlements delayed into 2022-23 as a result of Covid-19 will also be covered. Please contact the team at should you require an extension beyond 31/03/2022.
