Link Homes is a member of the Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS), which exists to promote high standards of property management.
We adhere to the PMAS code of practice, offering a high standard of professional service to owners and developers of all types of property, from modern flats to traditional tenements.
Office of Fair Trading Property Management Study
We contributed to a recent market study by the Office of Fair Trading into Property Management in Scotland. In response to the study's findings, the Scottish Government intends to introduce an accreditation scheme for property managers.
We fully support this voluntary scheme and will be seeking accreditation when it is introduced in 2010.
Scottish Federation of Housing Associations
Link Homes participated in the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) working party review of factoring services.
