Looking for estate management services?

We work with local authorities, private developers and housing associations to deliver estate management services to owner-occupiers in mixed tenure and private developments.

We welcome enquiries from private developers seeking quotes for property management services for new developments. We have successfully tendered to provide such serivces from major housebuilders, working closely with them in advance of completion and handover.

With the strength of our parent company Link Group behind us, we can tailor management packages to suit our clients' specific needs while maximising effectiveness and efficiency through the group's purchasing capacity.

Case study 1: working in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council

North Lanarkshire Council provided grant support to owner-occupiers in Forgewood, Motherwell to cover the cost of repairs and maintenance to the common areas of their mixed tenure housing estate.

Following the appointment of Link Homes as the local factor, we now work closely with local homeowners through the Woodville Rise Residents' Association and the council to carry out work including the tidying of back courts and bin stores, repairs to stairs and common closes, door entry repairs and the cleaning of drains and gutters.

Following the success of the project in Woodville Rise, North Lanarkshire Council has awarded Link Homes similar contracts in Wishaw and Cumbernauld.
