Property management Service Charter

Our Service Charter sets out our ten key commitments to our customers. We will:

  • Provide the highest possible quality property management service
  • Meet relevant legal and good practice guidance
  • Provide clear and comprehensive advice and information to owners
  • Establish accounting procedures that are robust and publicly accountable
  • Minimise arrears and enable recovery of sums owed by owners in arrears
  • Deal with breaches in terms of the Deed of Conditions as effectively as possible, including liaison with other agencies where appropriate
  • Establish and implement efficient repair and maintenance services that satisfy quality procurement procedures
  • Provide regular staff training on property management issues to ensure that policy objectives are implemented effectively
  • Manage overall performance through our system of performance indicators and seek feedback from owners on their satisfaction with our services
  • Review our Property Management Policy on a three year cycle
