Property management Service Charter
Our Service Charter sets out our ten key commitments to our customers. We will:
- Provide the highest possible quality property management service
- Meet relevant legal and good practice guidance
- Provide clear and comprehensive advice and information to owners
- Establish accounting procedures that are robust and publicly accountable
- Minimise arrears and enable recovery of sums owed by owners in arrears
- Deal with breaches in terms of the Deed of Conditions as effectively as possible, including liaison with other agencies where appropriate
- Establish and implement efficient repair and maintenance services that satisfy quality procurement procedures
- Provide regular staff training on property management issues to ensure that policy objectives are implemented effectively
- Manage overall performance through our system of performance indicators and seek feedback from owners on their satisfaction with our services
- Review our Property Management Policy on a three year cycle
