Homes to rent
We offer comfortable, affordable homes for rent, mainly across the Scottish central belt. Around 40 properties are available to rent every month.
Sheltered housing
Our sheltered housing enables older people to live independently, safely and securely but with that extra bit of support where it's needed.
Buy a home from us
The properties we build can be bought outright or purchased through an affordable ownership option which can help you get onto the property ladder if you are not able to afford to buy outright at present. You can find out more about them in the Buyers' guides section.

Access Ownership
Access Ownership is a new scheme designed to offer more housing choice, flexibility and control to disabled people. It is based on the principles of shared ownership.
The scheme is open to people with any form of disability including physical impairment, learning difficulties and mental health issues. It is available both to those who are looking to buy a more suitable home and to people who already own a property but are seeking to reduce their financial commitments.
