Business Development
Link has a succesful track record in developing alternative and sustainable sources of investment which allow us to expand our social benefit activites.
We work with our stakeholders to maintain mutually beneficial and productive relationships. We identify potential services that can support training opportunities, job creation and local businesses. These opportunities include:
- commercial opportunities,
- wider regeneration,
- business acquisition,
- stock transfers,
- regeneration activity
- and delivery of management contracts for local authorities, Scottish Government and RSLs.
Business Development team
Link has created a dedicated Business Development team to deliver the best possible service to our customers, partners and stakeholders.
It will:
- Lead on initiatives to maximise investment for commercial business development and growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare bids for new and existing service initiatives and grant funding opportunities
Our business development activities include the services we already provide such as community regeneration, development, private sector leasing and property management.
