When I applied to become a receptionist with Link in 1992, I must admit I knew very little about housing. If someone had told me then that I would become a housing officer, I probably would have found it hard to believe!

Coming to Link was a breath of fresh air. I would describe my department as being like a family business in the sense that everyone pulls together and if a problem comes up, instead of saying “that’s not my job” everyone will chip in until it’s sorted.
