Link Group Board of Management

Link Group is governed by a Board of Management which is responsible for:

  • Approving applications for Membership
  • Borrowing and investing funds
  • Approving all policies except those specifically delegated to group subsidiaries.
  • Approving Link's development programme and policy matters related to the procurement of that development programme.
  • Approving annual accounts
  • Approving annual budgets of Link Group Ltd and group subsidiaries
  • Approving Business Plan of Link Group Ltd and group subsidiaries
  • Approving the Annual Performance and Statistical Return and Strategy and Development Funding Plan
  • Considering and approving new initiatives
  • Appointing all Board/Committee members to subsidiaries, except in the case of subsidiaries with membership appointment rights and where Link had not exercised its right to appoint the majority of the Board
  • Approving the appointment of the Chief Executive and Directors
